I've been fortunate to help build three high-growth companies using focused talent acquisition strategies and efficient, cohesive HR processes, owning and designing the employee lifecycle experience from first through final impressions. Along the way, I’ve built and strengthened solid company culture in order to retain top talent and ensure a comfortable and reliable environment our employees could thrive in.

Following twelve years working as an in-house HR partner, I had the opportunity to begin consulting with smaller organizations to provide HR advisement on strategy and processes.  With a focus on providing services unique to an organization’s specific needs – from processing payroll to outlining an organizational restructuring – I have helped guide clients to their optimal outcomes.

I have worked with all levels of leadership on performance, talent & change management. I have also led the charge on internal communications, office operations, and chaired panels surrounding workplace diversity, environmental initiatives and community involvement.
